Believe me, George and Nancy are TUFF tough.. My hat is off to them, and they have gained a lot of earned respect from a lot of folks.. It is a privilege to know you two and to be counted as a friend.. Commodore..
I want to let everyone know what troopers George and Nancy are. TENT CAMPING as cool as it was for this trike in, George and Nancy rode in on their trike, pitched a tent and spent the weekend right up to the end. I am so proud to belong to R66T and all the friendly people involved. we had a great time and special thanks to Harrison RV for their hospitality

Me and the dogs had a great time, Sawyer met lots of new friends and he loves them all. Yes, it was shall we say BRISK for the poker run But!, it was all good, there is some beautiful scenery even though it was mostly brown, there was enough green to make it nice. I would love to ride those hills in the summer, maybe we can go back?? Too bad about the mixup with the cancellation thing, but we had lots of folks there and representation from OMT as well as R66T, there was the freedom Riders MC and the Survivors MC, as well as the AR BTW Chapter with Bubba, the AR State Director, great group. Hats off to Bill Stanford, job well done putting this together
Hey Jim, We appreciate you and Lady showing up. We ended up with about 43 folks, and had a good 108 mile ride. It was very scenic.. Then we all had pizza and drew for the poker hand. I won the best hand, and Allen (The Grunt) McNutt won for the worst hand. Funny thing is, we were both on the same trike for the ride.. A good time was had by all who were there. I look forward to more events in the near future.
Great to see everyone turn out for the Route 66 Trike Meet in spite of the bad weather. Just think how many people would have been there if the weather had been better. I am sure the trikes would have gotten better gas milage if they hadn't had to carry all the extra cold weather gear. Route 66 should be very proud of themsleves for pulling it off in spite of the weather not co-opertaing. Thanks for making it happen!!!!
