Robin, Rt 66 ride captain, Allen McNutt used to have that treatment. You might contact him and see what he thinks of it. If I recall, he was very positive about it..

While you are laying around doing nothing, do some research on chealation therapy. I know a few people who did this and it unblocked their arteries. No need for surgery. It's an alternative so the insurance won't cover it. It costs about $90.00 a treatment and they like you to do 10 treatments. then it's maintenence of 1 or 2 treatments a year.

There is a book called Forty Something Forever by Harold & Arline Brecher. A Consumer's Guide to Chealation Therapy. Another Book is called Bypassing Bypass by Harold & Arline Brecher. Another good thing to do is go to a Doctors office who gives the treatments and talk to the people. They have some amazing stories.

Your Doctor will tell you that it won't help or that it will loosen up the stuff in your arteries and cause problems. It won't. They just don't like alternative medicine. They want a bunch of money from you or your insurance company.

Chealation therapy is what they use to get the lead out of your system if you have lead poisoning. They use it all the time for this and that is how they came to find out that is works for a whole lot of circulatory problems.

I'm giving you this information. Do what you will with it. GOOD LUCK

I'm like you, I would rather they go ahead and do it instead of letting me lay around for 2 weeks stewing about it... Good luck dear, and you will be in our prayers..
