Know what you mean. I keep thinking "Is there anything else I can do while I'm down here. Hell of that is, I have that old-timers disease and can't remember anything for more that 3 seconds so I make a list and where is that list when I'm down on the floor? You guessed it, on the work bench which means getting up again any way!!!

I think a lot of the I don't care days when we just got it done & had fun fixin it when we didn't always get there without a break down. The thing of it is now, if I break down, I have to wonder if I'm gonna be able to get back up if it's a sit down or a lay down fix it jobconfuseconfuseconfuse I've been down in the shop where Ive almost had to call Barb on the cell to come out & help me upnonono

Dale - I have heard it said that "the one who dies with the most toys wins" that can also be interpreted as "the one with the most toys has the least free time to enjoy them". I remember when my trike was basic as it could be and prone to break down at any given moment and I still rode it everywhere I went and enjoyed every second of it. The breakdowns were part of the experience and most of them weren't even a challenge for a good tinkerer. Spent many a happy hour sitting alongside the road with the wrenches and BS flying.

I would hate to think what our place would look like if it wasn't for the "voice of reason" coming from the other room. I think, given a little time, I could compete with "Sanford and Son".

That would be George Hardy. He is a super nice guy and I wouldn't be afraid to buy anything from him.

They are in Cassville. Perhaps they belong to Jim Owens.
