I saw Garnet on channel 10 news and then I switched to channel 3 and saw Sherri. I was at the going away ceremony yesterday morning for the 1107th. My son just departed for his 3rd mission over there. Linda KoelZer's son also departed for the war zone with my son. His picture was on the front page of the NewsLeader this morning.. He looked rather sad. He had just gotten married.. I think I have something that has come loose in my artificial right knee. It sure has been tough on me the past week. I did go to Branson today and rode in the parade with the Carr's and Bilyeu's. Had a good time..
To everyone that showed up to help "GREAT JOB"!!!! Everything went as smooth as butter. Hard to believe there are that many people in Springfield who don't have a dinner table to call their own. Those who couldn't make it to help missed a great time and a great experience. I know I am a lot more thankful this morning for what I have and that includes my great friends who are willing to lend a hand when needed.
