Sherryl is home and recuperating. She is slowly getting her strength back. It will take some time. She wanted to say thanks to all those who have sent cards and for your prayers as well. I hope she is back to speed by the Christmas holidays. We sure don't want to miss the birthday bash in Booger county on the 6th..
glad to see that sheryl is doing well getting to come home. I hope this does not mean we cant have orange slices any more.but if we cant, we will just have to try somthing else. hang ih there sheryl we are all pulling for you.
The doctor told us this morning that she should be out tomorrow, if all her test turn out good. She had a mild stroke on her right side, plus she found out she is borderline diabetic. Her blood sugar was 397 when she went in, they gave her insulin for 43 days, and last night and this morning it was down to 95 and 107 respectively. She was told that if she smokes any more, she may as well make reservations at the nursing home, cause it will cause a full blown stroke, and she only has one good side as it is, so she would be left a veggie, if left at all. I think this time she will obey the doctor. Thanks for all the prayers, and hope to see you all soon. P.S. Sheri Ducker called from Louisiana to wish Sherryl luck, and she stated that they would be back on friday, if all went well with them.
I just talked to Darrell "Comodore", Sheryl is in Cox south I think he said room 832 but check to make sure. She had a mild stroke and she also has diabetes she will be undergoing tests. We are Praying for her quick recovery.
