we paid the $10 gate fee but didnt know until the middle of trike week that we would not be there....we still had hopes of getting there for a day....i posted here once Duane was admitted and it was obvious we would not make it...i wil try emailing Donna...thanks
If you paid the "gate fee" and then didn't come, we had no way of knowing you weren't coming unless you notified us before Trike Week. Everyone who notified us before Trike Week that they weren't coming was sent their merchandise. Everyone else's merchandise was waiting for them at the registration desk. We had no computer access during Trike Week and no access to our phone calls, so we weren't aware of your messages. At the end of the week, any merchandise left over was sold on a first come basis. The new BTW HQ should have all the records of any orders taken but, unfortunatley, we don't. Get in touch with Donna as she is still working with the new BTW office. I posted on here a few times that Duane was in the hospital and we would not be able to come...i also left a voicemail......then have talked to Az 3 times...was told the stuff would be sent but now they say they cant find the order.
The peole who have taken over in AZ cant find our order from trike week for shirts,patches etc...i ordered from Lady over the phone and have the bank statement for the $50 plus they charged us...any suggestions?
Lady is out of town at the moment but I will ask her about it when she calls. Did you notify anyone that you weren't coming to Trike Week? Not sure what we can do about it as all the merchandise and the money went ot Arizona but we will follow up on it.
