When I titled my trike, I was advised by Jim to hand carry it to Jeff City. Turns out as good advise. The lady at the DMV said she would have sent it back to me in a flash, that it was a good thing I was there to explain it. Even with that, she had to get approval from a higher up in the office. They have no idea about vehicles or how they are structured, only the paperwork required..

If i recall we went to the DMV and they mailed the paperwork to Jeff City for us.
