we would not be riding if not for them....They turned our trike into an automatic along wiith Jim....we will never be able to thank you enough for what you did....
Jim, you are right. When I was working on my Trike, they come flying into my driveway, jumped out an wanted to know if I was a BTW member, I said no but I had of it, so they got my addres and mailed me some BTW papers and that year (2007) I joined an that was one of the best things I have ever done. Garnet & I are so thankful that they stoped by that day. But Jim, We are thankful for you & marilyn for the job you did, starting an keeping going for (30 ) years. THANK YOU
About Hometown Hero: Sheri and her husband, Jerry, are 2 folks that give way more than they have to give. Every event of our organization is enhanced by their generosity and going "above and beyond". They work at "Feed the Homeless" and give to every charitable cause every year. They do so much and give so much behind the scenes with no thought of reward and are first in line to volunteer whenever help is needed. Sheri speaks kindly of everyone and gives to her large family and strangers alike often leaving her short herself. Sheri suffers from Lupus and is on oxygen full time and that still does not slow down her love of giving and helping others.
They absolutely do go above and beyond the call of duty.. Always have.. I saw Ma's trike today at the upholstery shop, the girls said she would have it done tomorrow.. sure is looking good..
