Paw If the BTW web site crashes, it shouldn't affect the chapter web sites. While they are on the same servers, they are entirely seperate from the BTW site. The Forum on the BTW site will go down though since it is tied into everything else on the BTW site.

If BTW, should go down and crashes we'll have no Chapter website at all for there the sever as well. But we'll have all the Chapter forums for sure right that way we can talk to one other. Now we'll just have to wait and see. Paw

Commodore - The reason for the new web site is the old webmaster got mad and quit and he had written all the programs for the current web site. Finding someone with the capability he had is next to impossible as he was a computer programmer. Ther are no commercially available programs on the current web site and it is just a matter of time until it crashes and no one will know how to restart it. On a good day, I might have been able to but all the passwords have been changed and the new administration decided, for reasons unknown to me, that I no longer needed access to the web site and I wasn't supplied with the passwords.  So now they are scrambling to get a new site up and working before the old one goes down.
